New Commercial Use Mojo Brushes

Hello everyone I have something new for you all.

I have a huge love for photo shop brushes and for making my own....So....I have decided to start selling some Commercial Use Brush Sets in the shop.  Thought this would be great to do while I am working on a new kit. So here is my first Set for you all.

Want a little extra Mojo?  Here is a mix of brushes made from pens, pencils and marker. Diverse enough to help add that special touch to your designs.  All of them are "clean", high quality and personally handmade by me.  If you like these make sure you check back here again for more sets to come!

By purchasing Createwings Designs Commercial Use Brushes you agree to the terms of use.  This license to use Createwings Designs Brushes is non-transferable. If you do not agree to the terms below, you are not permitted to use Createwings Designs Brushes.

1. The original rights and Copyrights to the brush designs remain with the Licensor Dawn Vander Stoep of Createwings Designs, so these designs/images may not be redistributed and/or sold “as-is.”
2. Rights and permissions have been granted for the Brushes to be used in designs and artwork of the Licensee.
3. Your designs created using the brushes will be the absolute, copyrightable property of Licensee. These designs may then be used and/or published by the Licensee, without needing to give credit to the Licensor (Createwings Designs). Although credit is not required it is always appreciated.
4. You MAY use my brushes as a design tool in a modified way to create items such as; elements or papers for your digital scrapbooking kits that you sell in an online digital scrapbooking store, for personal/S40/S4h use.
5. You MAY use my brushes as a design tool in a modified way on your personal and scrap for hire friendly scrapbooking pages.
6. You may NOT use my brushes to create Commercial Use Products and then resell them.
7. You may NOT repackage and redistribute my brushes in any way, shape or form.
8. You may NOT plop a brush down onto a plain or transparent background, with nothing else on the page, and redistribute it or sell it. This is the same as redistributing the brushes/images themselves. Placing the brush onto a product or within a design is ok. These brushes are to be used as a design tool.
9. You may NOT redistribute any of my brushes as rubber stamps.
