Goodness!!! I have not been the best blogger lately... Life seems to just fly by and I've been flying along with it all caught up in the whirlwind of it all.
It is really late 1:04 am to be exact, but I really want to do a little post before heading to bed.
I was traveling for the week of Easter and the week after so I'm playing a little catch up designing. I'm currently working on a few things one is for a store project that I will share with you later when I can revel it and the other is the next store collab... I am really excited about this one and can't wait to share it with you too. I just wanted you all to know that I will have some thing new again soon... All these collabs have been one after another... I do enjoy them as I feel I learn something new about myself during each creative journey. I just sometimes wish I was a little bit faster, but I am learning that being "faster" is just not how I work creatively so I'm trying really hard not to worry about it too much.
I also can't believe that International Scrapbooking Day is coming up on May 1st too! Geesh it has totally sneaked up on me. I do know that this is going to be a lot going on at A5D and you will not want to miss out!
I also thought I would post a couple of pages that I created a while ago for DAM Magazine... I really wish I had more time to post more of them in the Galleries but I find it hard to do it all... so I posted these 2 at my After Five Designer Gallery tonight....

Here is another one I create about what I am Thankful For... we couldn't do the standard page about being thankful for family and such. So I chose that I am thankful for the ability to create.
I had a lot of fun putting this page together as I took a photo of me drawing the title in my own journal. I then imposed another layout I did on the page making the journal look filled. I need to post that page too LOL...

My TOU Update
On another note... I also wanted to tell you all that I have updated my Terms of Use. Being able to design kits is such a dream for me. I love this job so much that many times I don't even really think of it as a job but more of one of my passions in life... recently I have been confronted with a lot of Piracy and my Terms of Use being violated. I will be honest this made me really sad. So I have made the decision to update my Terms of Use and my Designs are Personal Use Only. I always keep my Blog Terms of Use as my most current >>>TOU Here<<< If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me. I do not allow my designs to be sold on websites in anyway... I never did... that is commercial use. I do not allow my designs to be sold by others in any way... My Designs are intended for personal scrapbooking use only. Not for use in website and/or blog design, templates, albums, photography items, or any other item intended for sale or free. I do allow for you to make a gift for others (for example: you can make a scrapbook of your kids then give it to your parents as a gift). Written permission from Dawn Vander Stoep is required for any other use, and an additional license may be required for an additional fee depending on the request. Please email me and ask. Please note: for those of you have purchased my designs under my previous Terms of Use. Please email me as I would like to work with you and make sure we understand each other. My Terms of Use was being misinterpreted and people have been taking liberties and using my designs as commercial use. I never intended or allowed products made with my designs to be sold online in any way and I consider this commercial use and not S4H "Friendly". This was not an easy decision for me, but for me to continue in this industry and be happy I feel that I need to take some steps to better protect my designs. I know it will not solve everything, but it is a start. I really appreciate your support and understanding.
